The Altın İş Facade project strengthens the architectural character of the building while giving it a contemporary and modern expression. The facade, surface composition, and perception of volume are reconsidered, resulting in an aesthetic and rhythmic architectural language — allowing the building to create a visual signature that aligns with its urban context.
2. Functionality with Facade Cladding Systems
This project integrates facade cladding systems with both aesthetic and technical requirements — modern facade systems meet performance criteria such as thermal insulation, waterproofing, air permeability, and durability. These systems also provide a new visual rhythm and surface richness to the structure.
3. Light–Shadow Interaction and Atmosphere
Facade panels are designed with color and texture selections that allow them to interact with light throughout the day. As a result, the facade becomes a dynamic architectural surface that changes with daylight, while at night it gains a different atmosphere through lighting.
