Altın Is Facade Design is a comprehensive facade cladding project that renews the exterior surface of the existing building, giving it a contemporary visual identity while improving its performance. Advanced materials, architectural lines, and surface details used in the design not only strengthen the structure aesthetically but also make it more resistant to heat, sound, and environmental conditions.

The aim of this project is to transform the Altın Is building into a modern structure that complies with current architectural standards, is aesthetically strong, functionally durable, and visually in harmony with its urban context. The design aims to create a lasting architectural signature by enabling the building to establish a visual dialogue with its surroundings.

Design decisions that transform the space

Altın İş Facade Design is more than a simple cladding application; it is an exterior design project that strengthens architectural identity, improves functional performance, and brings a new character to the city. This project presents a powerful exterior shell approach that combines aesthetic and technical solutions, connecting the building with its surroundings.

Facade design and cladding projects in architecture are not only protective shells; they are also surfaces that express the urban identity of a building. The Altın İş project was developed with this perspective — the building is no longer just a functional structure but a medium of architectural expression that gives identity to its environment.


1. Reinterpretation of Architectural Identity

The Altın İş Facade project strengthens the architectural character of the building while giving it a contemporary and modern expression. The facade, surface composition, and perception of volume are reconsidered, resulting in an aesthetic and rhythmic architectural language — allowing the building to create a visual signature that aligns with its urban context.


2. Functionality with Facade Cladding Systems

This project integrates facade cladding systems with both aesthetic and technical requirements — modern facade systems meet performance criteria such as thermal insulation, waterproofing, air permeability, and durability. These systems also provide a new visual rhythm and surface richness to the structure.


3. Light–Shadow Interaction and Atmosphere

Facade panels are designed with color and texture selections that allow them to interact with light throughout the day. As a result, the facade becomes a dynamic architectural surface that changes with daylight, while at night it gains a different atmosphere through lighting. Thus, the facade establishes a dialogue with its surroundings through architectural “situationality.”


4. Technical Durability and Performance

Modern facade systems also provide technical advantages beyond aesthetics:
