This project combines Scandinavian simplicity with contemporary bathroom ergonomics. Full-height vertically fluted natural oak storage, large-format beige and light-sandstone-textured porcelain and sculptural layers of light create the composition. A vertical backlit capsule mirror, ceiling-hung tube pendants, a monolithic open-shelf vanity and matt-black fittings give the compact bathroom the atmosphere of a restorative spa suite.
Material and Colour Balance
Full-height storage above the concealed-cistern wall combines vertically fluted natural light-oak veneer on the right, a flat oak door on the left and an open decorative niche at the centre.
A substantial matt beige sandstone-textured porcelain vanity top is paired with warm natural oak open towel shelves below.
Light-beige / warm-grey limestone-textured matt porcelain covers the main walls, floor and shower floor continuously.
A vertical oval/capsule mirror with softened corners and warm 3000K LED backlighting forms a sculptural focal point.
Staggered matt-black linear tube pendants hang on the right, creating asymmetric decorative vertical light.
Even concealed LED strips illuminate the ceiling junction, timber cistern niche, vanity underside and shower shampoo niche.
Matt-black wall-mounted basin fittings, a square overhead shower, hand shower, bidet spray and flush plate add graphic contrast.
A softly rectangular matt-white vessel basin, a white rimless wall-hung toilet and a circular beige shaggy bath rug complete the room.
Technical and Architectural Design
Full-Height Integrated Timber Storage: Raising the concealed-cistern enclosure to the ceiling provides enclosed storage and an open fragrance/cosmetics niche.
Open Vanity and Floating Lightness: Open shelves and concealed LEDs beneath the vanity allow the floor to read continuously below.
Clear Walk-In Shower: A slim-framed clear-glass screen fixed at floor and ceiling, a flush-level shower floor and a recessed niche create an unobstructed, spacious bathing area.
