This bedroom project balances quiet luxury with biophilic design. A full-height sliding wardrobe combines the rich grain of natural American walnut with calm matt sage-green lacquered panels in tones close to RAL 7033 Cement Grey / reed green. A curved open corner bookcase on the left softens circulation, while recessed vertical black handles and solid oak herringbone parquet give the room a fluid, sculptural and nature-connected contemporary identity.
Material and Colour Balance
Natural American walnut veneer with a silky matt finish and warm grain is used on the outer frame, ceiling cornice and central sliding door.
The left and right sliding panels have restful matt velvet-textured sage-green / grey-green lacquered surfaces comparable to RAL 7033.
Slim matt-black full-length recessed profile handles are integrated vertically into the door surfaces.
On the left, facing the bedroom entrance route, a rounded open corner shelving module in solid walnut softens the change of direction.
The corner shelves provide practical display space for books, decorative objects and woven storage baskets.
Adjustable recessed architectural spotlights are integrated into the ceiling.
Solid oak herringbone parquet, a textured light-beige rug and linen curtains balance the material palette.
Technical and Architectural Design
Softened Corner Transition: A radiused open shelving unit replaces the sharp edge along the bedroom circulation route, improving ergonomic movement, reducing collision risk and giving the furniture a sculptural flow.
Balanced Three-Panel Sliding System: A walnut centre and sage-green side panels create a symmetrical colour rhythm. Wide doors on a sliding track maximise access without requiring swing clearance.
Biophilic Palette: Deep walnut veneer and calm nature-inspired sage-green lacquer support a restful bedroom atmosphere.
