Luxury U-Shaped Kitchen with Matt Anthracite Shaker Doors and Bronze Glass Displays

We combined silk-matt anthracite shaker doors, reflective bronze-glass display cabinets and luxurious Calacatta Gold-veined porcelain in a generous U-shaped layout. A full-height monolithic appliance tower and window-side sink provide strong functionality, while a continuous internally LED-lit display run, concealed handles and magnetic linear ceiling spotlights create a sculptural, dramatic contemporary residential character.

We aimed to combine professional culinary ergonomics with refined design in a spacious kitchen. Gold-veined porcelain and the warm sheen of bronze glass soften deep anthracite, while a monolithic tower gathers storage and appliances to keep the cooking area open, sculptural and active.

Project Details

Design Decisions That Transform the Space

This project creates a sculptural luxury kitchen with a dramatic atmosphere for a spacious residence. Deep silk-matt anthracite/smoky lacquered shaker doors, reflective bronze-glass upper display cabinets, gold/beige-veined Calacatta Gold porcelain and recessed linear LEDs form the composition. A generous U-shaped plan separates cooking, preparation and washing ergonomically, while integrated tall appliances and a continuous glass display band give the room a refined contemporary identity.

Material and Colour Balance

Silk-matt anthracite / graphite lacquer on base doors, drawers, cornices and tall cabinets adds sophisticated depth.

Minimal shaker profiles balance contemporary and classical detailing on the base doors.

A continuous upper run of reflective bronze/smoky glass display doors uses slim anthracite aluminium frames.

Gold-brown-veined Calacatta Gold / beige marble-patterned porcelain covers the worktop, upstand and full-height splashback.

Concealed warm 3000K linear LEDs beneath display shelves and upper cabinets dramatically highlight the porcelain veins and displayed tableware.

Recessed black magnetic-track spotlights and a surrounding concealed ceiling LED cove establish the lighting composition.

Matt-black and stainless-steel details on the oven, hob, concealed extractor, two-door refrigerator and appliance tower maintain a coordinated anthracite palette.

Technical and Architectural Design

Generous Ergonomic U-Shaped Plan: A windowed washing zone on the left, central oven/hob cooking axis and full-height appliance/refrigeration tower on the right create a fluid working area.

Full-Height Continuous Display Run: Six symmetrical internally illuminated bronze-glass modules above the cooking wall lighten the upper cabinetry and add display depth.

Integrated Appliance and Refrigeration Wall: Full-height cabinetry on the right gathers a microwave, oven, coffee machine and black two-door refrigerator into one monolithic elevation.

Window-Side Washing Station: A double-bowl stainless-steel sink and brushed-chrome tap beneath the large window maximise daylight and provide an open working outlook.

Concealed Opening Details: Push-to-open or integrated concealed-profile mechanisms preserve simple door and drawer surfaces.

We combined silk-matt beige lacquered towers and natural walnut upper cupboards with a green-veined Calacatta Verde porcelain countertop in a single-wall layout. Handleless fronts, concealed linear LEDs and an integrated smoked-glass dining table give the open-plan living space a sculptural, refined identity.

We balanced silk-matt olive-green shaker cabinets with warm cream glass-fronted upper cupboards, glossy white square tiles and brushed brass accessories in a single-wall kitchen. A full-height refrigerator tower begins the sequence, followed by a preparation sink with a brass tap, concealed-extractor cooking zone and six internally lit glass doors, combining country warmth with contemporary residential ergonomics.
