Design Decisions That Transform the Space

Concept – Space – Approach

Grey Kitchen is positioned as a design that brings together minimal aesthetics and functional layout in modern residential and villa interiors. This project, which is included in the lacquer kitchen category, redefines contemporary interior aesthetics with the calmness of glossy grey lacquer surfaces and the elegance of a porcelain countertop.

Planning – Function – Flow

This kitchen, designed with an open American kitchen approach:

  • Establishes an organic connection with the living room
  • Provides control between social flow and daily rhythm
  • Offers a clean facade appearance with built-in integration

The open plan contributes to the multiplication of natural light and facilitates movement within the space.

Form Language – Minimal & Clear

  • Glossy and smooth facades with lacquer surfaces
  • Continuous horizontal lines
  • Modern and simple surface rhythm

Grey tone is a neutral, timeless, and soft color palette frequently preferred in modern kitchens. This kitchen ensures that grey tones create a calm atmosphere while maintaining a sense of spaciousness.

Material Strategy – Durability and Aesthetics

🔹 Lacquer Cabinet & Surface

Glossy grey lacquer material:

  • Reflects light, making the space appear larger than it is
  • Produces a clean and elegant surface language
  • Provides production in accordance with RAL color catalogue standards (color standardization)

Lacquer surfaces are characteristic elements of modern kitchen designs and add a prestigious appearance to kitchens.

🔹 MDFLAM Cabinet System

MDFLAM, preferred for cabinet interior and body construction:

  • High surface durability
  • Ease of installation
  • Resistance to moisture and deformation

Behind the modern aesthetics of lacquer cabinet doors lies this technically strong body system.

🔹 Porcelain Countertop

The porcelain countertop is the main surface where aesthetics and function meet in the kitchen:

  • High heat resistance
  • Resistance to scratches and stains
  • Easy-to-clean hygienic structure

When porcelain surfaces and grey lacquer cabinets come together, a timeless and elegant composition emerges.

Color Palette – Grey & RAL

Grey tones provide a minimalist and balanced expression in modern interior architecture; they add calmness without overwhelming the space.

When lacquer surfaces are standardized according to grey tones in the RAL catalogue, color harmony is guaranteed in production and application.

Spatial Effect – Light & Spaciousness

The combination of open-plan kitchen + grey lacquer facade + porcelain countertop creates a light-reflective and spacious atmosphere.

While grey tones bring calmness to the space, the brightness of the porcelain countertop adds elegance.

Ergonomics & Usage Scenario

  • Built-in integration: clean surfaces, simple facades
  • Storage is optimized with upper and lower cabinet systems
  • Functional work triangle (cooktop–sink–refrigerator) supports daily kitchen flow
